Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY 

Please bear in mind that our shipping policy may change during busy periods such as sale time or throughout the festive season. 

Any orders placed over the weekend, or on a Bank Holiday, will be posted on the next working day, please take this in to account when placing your order.

STANDARD UK DELIVERY

Standard delivery is £5.95. All orders will be posted Royal Mail Signed For, unless otherwise requested via email and confirmed by a member of staff.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Next Day delivery is £12.95. All orders will be posted Royal Mail Tracked.

FREE CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICE

Once your payment has been accepted you will receive a confirmation email telling you when your item(s) are available for collection. Please note you are only able to collect item(s) during store hours, Monday - Saturday, 10AM-5.30PM. 

Please only collect when you have been informed to do so as your item may be in our other store and we will have to organise transfer. 

NOTIFICATION OF SHIPPING

You will receive notification of your orders dispatch via email. This will be our acceptance of your order and completes the contract between you and us. If we have informed you that your order hasn't been accepted or if you have cancelled your order in accordance with the returns policy, we will not dispatch your goods.

It is very important to us that we offer a friendly and reliable service and will do what we can to ensure you receive your goods in perfect condition. Customer service is top on our priority and therefore we deal with each case individually, to the best of our ability.

Currently we only ship within the UK via our website.

However we are able to ship internationally if you contact us directly at esther@jonian.co.uk.

Please include the items you wish to purchase and your address within your email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

All orders placed before 4.45PM will be posted that day. If placed after that time your order will be processed and posted the following working day. Please bear in mind that our shipping policy may change during busy periods such as sale time or throughout the festive season.

Returns and exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@jonian.co.uk. If your return is accepted we’ll contact you to confirm your return status, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you would like to organise an exchange and we will do out utmost to ensure you get the right item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All returns are the senders responsibility, we therefore recommend sending your return via a tracked service.
